What we do
with your details.

If you fill in the form on this site, we receive your name, your email address, your store address and anything you choose to write in the message field. Nothing else on the form is required.

We also receive standard technical information that any website receives, such as the pages you visited and the browser you used.

To reply to you, and to prepare for the conversation you asked for. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else for their own use.

Most people arrive here from an advertisement. That means Google can see that a visit happened and whether it led to an inquiry. We use that to judge whether our own advertising is working.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google account settings, and refuse non-essential cookies in your browser.

The people working on your inquiry, and the companies whose software we use to run the business — email, scheduling and storage. They act on our instructions and cannot use your information for anything of their own.

Inquiries that do not become work are deleted after twenty-four months. If we end up working together, we keep what the engagement and our accountants require, and no more.

A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Write to us and we will do it, usually within a few days and always within a month. You do not need to give a reason.
